How do I request for an online store service?

1. To subscribe to your preferred plan, from the Pricing page, click on SUBSCRIBE
2. On the product details page, click Add to Cart
3. View Cart to review your order
4. Proceed to checkout for payment and order review.
5. Submit order when everything looks good.

How long does it take to have our website up and running?

After we receive your payment, we will send you a questionnaire for the contents and images that we will need in order to setup your website. Once you submit all the info that we need, in 2 days upon submission, your online store will be up and running.

Is there a contract?

No, our service is based on a monthly subscription. You may cancel your subscription anytime. And for your first month, if for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, with our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, we will issue you a full refund.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Upon cancellation of your subscription, your online store will no longer be available for online selling.

How will I pay for the monthly subscription?

We will send you an invoice via email before your due date. Payment mode will still be the same – bank transfer or credit card/paypal.
